Freshly Baked Artisan Bread

A rustic, naturally leavened loaf made with just four ingredients: unbleached white flour, water, salt, and my own wild starter - lovingly nurtured since 2022. This bread has a golden, crackly crust and a soft, open crumb with a gentle tang.

Hand-shaped, boiled, and baked the old-fashioned way for a classic, chewy crust and soft, flavorful interior.

Big, soft, and packed with melty semi-sweet chocolate chips. Crisp on the edges, gooey in the center - baked fresh in small batches for that classic homemade taste.
